Please use the form linked below to upload your requested materials for inclusion in the SRHC 2020 e-Conference. We know this is not the same as an in-person conference, but we would love to see your poster, hear your talk, and see your work!
You are eligible to participate in this digital opportunity if your original proposal was accepted for inclusion into the conference program under the categories of Oral Presentation, Poster Presentation, Digital Film, Art Exhibition, or Musical Performance.

Technical Specifications for Requested Information
Oral Presentation
Please record your presentation and upload it to a hosting platform (YouTube, open university hosted site) wherein you will submit the URL for viewing or listening.
Due to file size limitations, raw audio and video files of your presentation cannot be accepted.
The presentation is limited to 12 minutes in duration (shorter is fine).
Poster Presentation
Please provide either a JPG or a PNG file of your poster.
If desired, you MAY also provide an audio file in MP3 format in which you describe your poster and its content. This file must not exceed 10MB and must be shorter than 12 minutes in duration.
Digital Film
Please submit a link to a YouTube video, or to another upload site (e.g., a non-password protected university website or personal blog page) that allows people to view your material.
Art Exhibition
Please submit an image file or, if appropriate, an audio file, not to exceed 10MB. If necessary for the latter, please submit a link to a YouTube video or to some other site (e.g, a non-password protected university website or personal blog page) that allows people to view your material.
Musical Performance
Please submit the URL and, if appropriate, an audio file in which you briefly discuss your performance. This audio file must not exceed 10MB. In addition or as an alternative, you may provide a link to a YouTube video or to some other site (e.g., a non-password protected university website or personal blog page) that allows people to view your material.
The performance must not exceed 5 minutes in length.
