Important Registration Details
Registration Form
You will be able to enter each registrant one at a time. Please include the College/University email address to ensure all registrants receive confirmation of their registration and important conference updates and notices. The registration form will be available by November 1, 2024.
Payment
Registrants may submit payment via credit card or invoice for check payment. Credit card payments will incur a 4.95% processing fee.
Student Registrants
Students: Please check with your Honors Dean or Director before registering. Many of our institutions submit and pay the conference registration on behalf of their students.
Registration Tip
When you proceed with registration, you will be prompted for the following information, for each registrant:
Name
College/University
E-Mail Address (Please list College/University email address)
Dietary Restrictions/Food Allergies
Session Registration (for City as Text and Narrative Story Exchange)
When registering multiple individuals from your institution, please include each separate institutional email addresses. You will not be able to register with duplicate email addresses in the registration system. This ensures they will receive email announcements and mobile notifications regarding the conference.

Registration Rates
Please note registration rates are inclusive of all A/V (projector and screen) fees so we do not have to pass that fee onto registrants.
Member Rates
These rates are available to colleges and universities, or individuals, who have paid their annual membership dues for fiscal year 2024-25. Individual memberships are not required for students or faculty/staff members. If your institution is a member, you will qualify for the member rate for conference registration. For a list of current members, please visit our members page. Additionally, you may wish to speak to your honors dean or director prior to registering.
Early Bird Rates
Student Member Institution: $250
Faculty/Staff Member Institution: $260
Standard Rates
Student Member Institution: $275

HBCU Registration Grants
The Southern Regional Honors Council (SRHC) is excited to offer competitive registration grants for HBCU students within the region attending the 2025 Southern Regional Honors Conference.
Registration Policies
Registration Refunds, Transfers, and cancellations
Refunds
All request for refunds must be submitted in writing to the SRHC Conference Committee and received no later than 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time by the dates listed below.
Received by March 1: Full refund, less a $50 per person administrative fee
Received March 2-15: 50% refund, less a $50 per person administrative fee
Received after March 15: No refunds
Transfers
Transfer Registration to Another Individual: Paid registrations for the conference may still be transferred to another individual to attend the event you are registered for. Membership dues requirements will still apply for member registration rates. Only the registered participant will have access to conference materials. After March 15, no transfers of any type will be allowed.
Cancellations
No refunds shall be made to individuals who attend any portion of the conference.
No refunds shall be made for cancellations due to inclement weather.
No refunds shall be made to individuals whose flights or other means of transportation to the event has been cancelled or delayed.
In the event that SRHC must cancel the conference in its entirety due to circumstances beyond the control of SRHC or venues hosting the event, SRHC may refund the appropriate registration fees to conference registrants. Cancellation of the event in its entirety would only occur for reasons including but not limited to, forces of nature and natural disasters, war, government regulations, sequestration, travel advisories, outbreaks of disease, acts of terrorism or threat of terrorism, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities, or other emergencies that make it inadvisable by local, state or federal government officials, illegal or impossible to provide the facilities or to hold the event.
Refund requests after the event due to a no-show will be denied.
Under no circumstances will refunds be made for travel expenses related to the conference. Attendees who purchase non-refundable airline tickets do so at their own risk.
Please check with hotels and transportation directly regarding their cancellation policy. Requests to cancel must be made directly with the hotel or transportation company.
