Get to Know the Guidebook Mobile App
The Guidebook App is the best way to plan and navigate your conference experience. Please note that additional changes to the app will be ongoing as we receive cancellations of presentations and update content.
Benefits of Guidebook App
Attendees can access all of our speaker session information, sponsor pages, and see the location of each of our planned events in advance of attending the conference.
Use our handy “My Schedule” feature which will allows you to select your own sessions and plan out everything you need to know before you go.
Interactive map features.
Options for connecting and socializing with other attendees.
Receive notifications if there are any last-minute changes to the sessions you are scheduled to attend.
We’ve even added in some custom to-do lists full of nearby restaurants and things to do while you are visiting.
Once downloaded, the guidebook is available offline and will not require a Wi-Fi connection other than to download any App updates.
SRHC does not print conference programs. The Guidebook App will be the main information resource for all things conference related, so be sure to download and check it out early!

App Tips and Tricks
Find Your Session
You may find Your Session by selecting the Presenters tab. Click on your name, and you will see the Sessions you are assigned to. Please Add Your Session to Your Schedule.
Academic Panel Presentations
You will see your Presentation and the Session it was assigned to. Presenters have been assigned to thematic sessions.
Poster Presentations
You will see your Presentation and the Poster Session it was assigned to.
View the Schedule
To see all conference events chronologically, and grouped by Session, tap on Schedule in the app menu.
To view conference events by tracks, select Schedule Tracks in the app menu.
Create Your Schedule
Select the sessions you are interested in attending. Tap the + to the right of the session listing to add each event or session to Your Schedule.
Saving a Session to Your Schedule will allow automatic updating when your guide updates for any schedule changes.
Add Content to Your Session
Guidebook provides the opportunity for you to upload handouts, links, images, etc. to your session. If you would like access to utilize this feature, please submit a request no later than March 21, 2025.
Preparing for Your Conference Presentation
Academic Panel Presentations
Please arrive to your scheduled presentation location approximately 10 minutes early or as soon as the previous session lets out.
If you are utilizing AV, please ensure you bring your own laptop - HDMI Converters and Mac adapters will be provided. Only presenters assigned to Meeting Rooms 11-15 will have access to AV.
Panels are grouped into 50 minute blocks, typically with three presentations assigned to each session. In some cases, only two presentations may be assigned to a session. Each presentation is allotted 10-12 minutes to present. Questions are held until all presenters have given their presentations.
Each panel session will be assigned a Moderator to manage the session. Check in with the assigned session moderator when you arrive in your presentation room.
Poster Sessions
Presenters will be provided with an easel, foam board, and binder clips for mounting posters. All presenters have been assigned to a specific poster session.
SET-UP & TAKE-DOWN SCHEDULE
Poster Session I
You can begin poster set up at 7:30 a.m. on March 28.
All posters should be set up no later than 8:15 a.m. on March 28.
Posters should be taken immediately following the session.
Please leave all easels, foam boards, and binder clips.
Poster Session II
You can begin poster set up at 7:30 a.m. on March 29.
All posters should be set up no later than 8:15 a.m. on March 29.

Creative Works and Performances
Visual Art
Visual art will be displayed in conjunction with Poster Session II outside of the Meeting Rooms 4, 5, & 6.
Please set up your artwork no later than 8:15 a.m. on March 29.
Performances
Creative Performances have been scheduled on March 28, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. with the exception of short-film.
